Just a reminder that your January installment taxes are now due. If you are paying in person and would like a receipt, please bring in Part B and Part C and we will validate Part C for you. If paying by mail and want a receipt, please enclose Part B and Part C and a self-addressed stamped envelope. If you do not need a receipt, just send your payment with Part B. There is a brass slot to the left of the Town Hall front door where you can deposit your enveloped payment that goes into a locked box and is checked every weekday morning.
If you do not have your bill with you when you come in and want a receipt, please be advised that we are now charging $.50 per copy. This fee also applies to printouts needed for tax purposes. All tax information is available on our website www.easthamptonct.gov where you can also pay your tax bills. Note - There are fees associated with on-line payments.
Supplemental motor vehicle bills were mailed out the end of December and are due January 1, 2017 and payable by February 1, 2017, delinquent February 2, 2017. We do accept postmarks. This bill is a two part bill. If paying in person, bring the entire bill in with you and we will validate it for you, if so desired. If sending by mail and want a receipt, send the entire bill with a self-addressed envelope and we will return it validated.
